Example projects include:

• Led workstreams in a range of disciplines, including Operations, Performance, Customer, Planning, Revenue, Commercial Stakeholder & Security.

• Led the programme for the introduction of a brand new TOC.

• Led the Performance and Network Rail interface workstreams during mobilisation of the Crossrail concession.

• Undertook reviews of project plans and operational readiness for introduction of Driver Controlled Operation on 12-car Thameslink services between Bedford and Brighton

• Assisted National Express in their East Coast mobilisation through setting up new operational and performance processes.
