This has included the successful mobilisation of brand new businesses, as well as the transformation of existing organisations and delivery of Employee Relations support & advice.

We have delivered during times of significant change & uncertainty and are experienced in the validation of change and in gaining organisational commitment to deliver lasting and meaningful change.

  • Employee Relations support navigating complex organistaional change and Mediation.

  • Introducing change management processes which have streamlined processes and resulted in a range of efficiency benefits including organisational restructuring.

  • Leading people readiness, including the TUPE process during a transfer of Station Facility Operator.

  • Leading on the design, validation & delivery of organisational restructures.

  • Preparing the Concept of Operations for the Network Rail Digital Railway Programme and working as part of the wider Systems Engineering team on the architectural design.

  • Undertaking reviews of LOROL Control and Command arrangements.

  • Working in collaboration with organisations and their Trade Unions to introduce new pay agreements.

  • Working in collaboration with organisations and their Trade Unions to design and introduce new flexible, modern Terms & Conditions.
