• Helped a TOC develop and implement a recovery plan after it had breached its franchise performance targets.

• Multiple audits of Network Rail’s performance data, reporting processes and Strategic Business Plan performance forecasts through the ORR Independent Reporter framework.

• Supported a concession to analyse the performance impact of contractual changes on financial performance regimes.

• Supported a TOC with the implementation of a major upgrade to their Performance Management system.

• Undertook the UK rail industry Forward Review Assessment performance review programme for 10 years on behalf of the National Task Force.
