Matt Ablett

Matt is an experienced consultant who has provided analytical advice across a wide range of areas in the rail industry. With a background in Operational Research, Matt is an expert in the analysis of a variety of rail datasets and has worked on a wide range of projects including the areas of performance modelling and assessment, revenue analysis and forecasting, operational modelling and train planning.
Anna-jane Hunter

Anna-jane is a Rail Operations Professional with an expertise in complex stakeholder relations. She has extensive operational experience having worked across the UK rail sector.
Having led teams in Network Rail, Train Operating Companies, and as part of multi-agency industry groups she has a wealth of experience.
She is experienced in the development and implementation of Operations and workforce strategies, Performance Improvement Plans, Operational Readiness Assurance, Rail Industry Regulatory Contracts, Performance and Access Regimes, Alliance/Partnership Agreements.
Phil is an experienced rail professional with considerable first-hand and consultancy experience and has been a partner in Winder Phillips Associates since 2006. Phil is a senior operations professional with a proven ability to manage complex and diverse problems. He routinely achieves results in demanding timescales such as franchise bids or mobilisation projects.
Steve Curtis

Steve uses his prior experience, coupled with analytical and modelling skills to determine the best solution to a wide range of challenges, including maximising timetable revenue and minimising overcrowding. Steve has worked on numerous franchises, both bidder side and for the Department for Transport.
Rebecca Freeman

Rebecca is a Rail Operations Professional with extensive operational experience gained from leading teams within Train Operating Companies.
She has a wealth of experience of the operational planning of timetables and resource plans for new services, new timetables and new rolling stock fleets.

Matthew is an enthusiastic, award-winning, and highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering for customers, colleagues & stakeholders, whilst continuously developing himself and those around him. With a proven ability to deliver transformational change and innovative customer propositions, as well as delivering on challenging revenue & sales targets. With a principal focus on proposition development, service delivery and organisational change, Matthew has delivered range of innovative & initiatives, including environmental, customer experience, commercial, community engagement, safety & security improvement, revenue generation, performance, organisational development and colleague engagement.
